Yoga Alliance accredited Ashes Yoga 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training starts September 2019 in Silverdale, WA hosted by the Haselwood YMCA and is led by expert teacher Ashley Hagen. The emphasis of this yoga teacher training is confidence in communication and a complete understanding of how to praactice and teach a vinyasa yoga class. This training draws from a variety of yogic influences and is designed to enhance your understanding of yoga, meditation, breath work, energy, communication, and more. Saturdays 2–8pm, Sundays 9am–7pm

Every other weekend for 10 weekends
December 28-29 is a make-up weekend or break
