Hi, I’m Ashley.
I’ve created this ebook guide to help you save time in planning your yoga classes. Also, I want to see you get out there and actually teach yoga! This ebook covers how to plan a vinyasa flow or power yoga style of sequencing with additional cueing information and exercises. As yoga teachers, we want to lead students through a safe and effective yoga practice. My hope is that you and your students feel comfortable in your abilities to lead them through an effective class.
If all you take from this is the first 10 pages, that might be all you need.
Thank you for investing in this ebook. I hope you enjoy it and use it to become your very best self in your yoga teacher journey.

About Ashley
Ashley Hagen (E-RYT), started practicing yoga in 2010 to help improve her performance as a college athlete. In 2013, after experiencing the benefits of a daily yoga practice, she received her 200-hr yoga teacher certification and began teaching vinyasa yoga, the most accessible style of power yoga. She is inspired by all movement styles including martial arts, calisthenics, running, weight lifting and dance. Her classes and workshops are fun, yet challenging with focus on finding the yogi warrior within.
Ashley’s mission is to help new yoga teachers share their unique message and offering. It starts with gaining the confidence and skills to teach your very first class.
